ReplyDeleteThank you! It means a lot to know that you care. ❤️
DeleteYou have lost so many loved ones this month, such a sad remembrance in your birthday month, Jon. My mother also died in December, a few days before Christmas so it’s a bittersweet holiday for me as well. And, yesterday we learned of the sudden passing of a woman we met on our Portugal trip. Life has no guarantees on when or where it end, please do not encourage it do so, my friend and Happy ๐๐
ReplyDeleteIt is extremely difficult to lose a loved one, but right before Christmas multiplies the pain - I'm so sorry about your mother....and the woman on the Portugal trip. At least we have fond memories.
DeleteWishing you the best, Jon. I'm rather lost for words on your predicament. I hope things can be resolved and you can eventually get home....and stay there. Happy Birthday.
ReplyDeleteParanormal John
This horrible sojourn in Gainsboro is supposedly temporary, but it's grueling. Hopefully I'll get home....somehow......(soon??)
DeleteThanks John.
I'm saddened to read your situation has changed but not for the better. Continued healing thoughts and wishes sent your way. I'll be void of Internet tomorrow, so I'll wish you a Happy Birthday today, hoping for a better year ahead.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jo
My situation seems to be a never-ending nightmare. I'm deeply depressed, yet I never want to give up. Somehow the nightmare has to end.
DeleteThanks for thinking of me, Jo, it means a lot.
Oh, these "silent anniversaries of the heart"! I wish more people realized the month of December's not all about jingle bells and pixie dust and might be more compassionate to others' feelings. Unfortunately, until it happens to them, I might as well be whistling Dixie. Thank you for this mention; your sensitivity is a real gift to those of us fortunate to know you. Someday I hope you'll tell us more about W.G.H.
ReplyDeleteAlways in my thoughts!
December is an extraordinary month. Many people I knew passed away in December ( I couldn't remember all), and there are wonderful birthdays (including my grandfather and two aunts). So many mixed emotions in this month. Yes, it's not all Jingle Bells.
DeleteI'm very honored that you're fortunate to know me. ๐งก

DeleteW.G.H. William Gregory H.
DeleteA wonderful pianist whom I met one night by chance. He was from a wealthy well kmown family. A perfect relationship, but his insane mother tried to destroy it. She tried to have him locked up in an institution!
I could write a book, Myra.
