A Journey too perilous to comprehend, too complex to resonate with the uninitiated. A journey into the unknown depths of an uncharted forest. The only discernible absolute is the uncertainty of surviving and emerging unscathed.
Exploring unfamiliar territory, encountering unexpected obstacles, confronting danger - - alone, always alone.
Alone as we were before conception. Alone as we will inevitably be after death.
Life - despite all the deceiving delights and superficial trappings - is a solitary journey. After all, we know the intricate mechanisms of ourselves far better than all the others, whose feeble attempts to penetrate our secret complexities remain futile.
A journey alone in a brutally indifferent world, in an unexplored forest of unknown depths - where solitude and silence are the only companions, and self-sufficiency the only salvation.
These are private musings. You are not expected to understand.
At night, abject fear populates the indiscernible sightless forest shadows. In daylight, distant ghosts of remote memories sift through dancing leaves with fleeting glimpses of speckled sunlight.
The outcome of this journey is tainted with uncertainty and void of satisfactory resolutions, yet I plod on, like a sightless warrior. My only solace is that obstacles are never impossible to conquer and devastating bleakness is not without distant rays of illuminating hope.
I've heard rumors that hope is eternal.

A midsummer night's dream shared. I love the cameo of that lone wolf.
