UPDATE

I am presently in the ER at Cookeville Medical Center. I have no tangible information, and have no idea how long I'll be here.

I felt extremely bad this morning (Friday) the home care nurse thought it's best for me to be in Cookeville - instead of clueless Livingston Hospital.

So far I'm getting a lot of thorough tests for everything, instead of the previous guessing games. I am cautiously optimistic and determined. Don't worry.

No matter what happens, I'm getting good care.

What a dismal holiday season!!

Luv to all.  Jon

Cell battery is getting low and I don't have my charger. Don't worry if I don't post for awhile.

  7. I think going to the hospital was the right thing to do. They need to get to the bottom of this. I know further testing is overwhelming....but. In my time in home nursing, I sent many off to the hospital and never doubted my decision. I hope some of these issues can be resolved and you can find some answers....and treatment. Keep us posted, Jon. Sending you hope and recovery.

  9. Jon, as much as you were determined to keep pushing on in your own home, being where you can get help seems the best option now. Hope that Cookeville is better than Livingston at finding a solution.

  15. I just talked to Jon, he's doing ok, on various meds, seemed to be in good spirits on the phone. He'll be in the hospital for a bit, I think. I'm sure he'd appreciate some messages.
